Before Faith and Luis got married at Providence Vineyard in Hebron, Illinois, Luis helped Faith’s son, Noah, get ready. A little later, Noah walked down the aisle with his mom for their outdoor ceremony. And when he got his arms around both of them, that was the whole day for me. It was Faith and Luis’s wedding, and you could feel how much of it belonged to Noah, too.
There were martinis and golf-cart waves and so much laughing over the cake back in the white barn. And in the middle of all that, Noah kept finding his way back to them for another hug.
